The workers at The Sip are FABULOUS! They are always so friendly. The coffee is the best out of every coffee shop I have been too, and the environment is so welcoming! If you have never been you are missing out BIG TIME!

The store was so cute inside and out. I loved the windows art whom every did it is a great artist. The inside decor is just as thought out. I ordered a fall menu item Biscoffee and it was delicious. Definitely going to come by when in town again. The staff were so nice and polite as well 5 🌟

I enjoyed my Honey Nut Cheerios latte. It was $7 for a 16oz. The egg bites were yummy too. They have 3 or 4 tables with chairs and a big sofa for relaxing on. There is one bathroom. The inside was clean and the staff was very friendly. Definitely stop by if you are in the area. 🙂 2-24-26, My daughter had the bacon, egg, & cheese croissant breakfast sandwich today, and said it was delicious! Super friendly staff as usual. There is currently a book swap table inside also. 😁 Update: 6-13-2026 Love the new mural on the wall. Decaf mocha was delicious and the rainbow bagel was so fun!!! Loved it!

Cute little welcoming place. I got a large iced Samoa and a small croissant sandwich. It was all yummy. The Baristas were kind, busy, and focused. The building has a decent cashier desk and pick up area. Will visit again!

I love going to The Sip District for all of my coffee needs! The staff are always very friendly, they have the cutest merch, and the drinks are always top tier! They are always doing cute events, supporting our community, and fueling us caffeine lovers! I also love the little drawing and sweet messages the staff with leave on my drink from time to time. 💜✨

I just had the best experience at The Sip District! I enjoyed a delicious Lotus energy drink while attending my community healthcare school meeting, and the vibe was perfect. This whole little area in Picayune is such a gem it’s so cute and stylish, it honestly reminds me of Sweet Paris in Houston, Texas, where all the kids love going. It has that same nice, youthful feel! ​What really makes it special is the staff. It’s full of high school kids who are so fun, outgoing, and relatable it felt just like hanging out with my daughter and watching the next generation learn to navigate the workforce with such great energy. It’s a wonderful community hub, too you’ve got The Beaute House boutique right there for shopping and Premier Insurance next door. If you want a nice, modern atmosphere to relax or get some work done, this is the place to be!
